Gluten Free Peanut Butter Balls
Ingredients:
- 1/3 C melted butter or margarine
- 1 3/4 C. confectioner sugar
- 1 C. chopped walnuts
- 1 C. coconut (shredded or flaked)
- 3/4 C. creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 C chopped maraschino cherries
- 2 1/3 C semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Directions
Mix sugar, coconut, peanut butter and cherries together, add the melted butter. Form the mixture into small balls. Refrigerate until the balls are firm. Over low heat melt the chocolate morsels. With a toothpick dip each ball into the melted chocolate
Optional, roll peanut balls in flaked coconut (about a cup) Keep refrigerated.
